Not really good experience, I...

Liked: Room is neat and clean. Well maintained.
Disliked: No airport shuttle to jfk airport, WiFi is complementary only for members, no room service staff to carry out luggage’s . In the web page mentioned airport shuttle it could be better if they mentioned airport shuttle to LaGauardia airport. I booked only seeing airport shuttle and I paid for uber 100 usd to and from airport from my pocket.

Excellent hotel for a stopover...

Liked: Excellent hotel for a stopover between flightsFriendly and very welcoming and helpful staff.Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed and a luxurious shower with excellent water flow.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit expensive for the value.There is no free internet in the hotel!!!Free internet is only for club members.
