Adequete but would chose someplace...

Liked: Staff was very gracious and accommodating when we complained about the first room and immediately switched us to another room. Very nice beds, good shower, second room was reasonably clean.
Disliked: The first room we were given had streaks and stains on the carpet and furniture. Half of the lights did not have bulbs in them. No amount of superficial cleaning could have made this room presentable. The second room that we stayed in was much cleaner but the cap on the faucet control was missing making it a catch all for water and other forms of debris and bacteria. Basic visual cleanliness and sanitary bathroom controls seem like pretty basic issues that should be part of routine maintenance.

Disappointing and not worth the...

Disliked: Rude staff, dirty room, dust in corners, trash in trashcan from previous visitors, rotting food left in the fridge

poor customer service

Liked: the bed was comfortable
Disliked: I was told at check-in that I had to pay 100 dollar deposit. I understand, but when I needed to go across the street to get cash for said deposit, I was told that I had to use my card (because he didn't want to wait). Took a few days to get that money back. Had I been allowed to get cash I would have had my money back immediately.....more of an annoyance than anything, but I did not appreciate the "customer service" we received.

Liked: Location was close our event.
Disliked: Lack of professionalism and friendliness of staff.Noisy and loud next door guest. Didn’t sleep both nights. Checked out in middle of night as we could take it any more.Breakfast selection was terrible.

Will not stay here again.

Disliked: WORST FRONT DESK EVER. On our way back to Oregon from Virginia, had to stop for the night and booked this hotel. Saw on the reviews that the receptionist is rude, thought he can’t be that bad, but he exceeded our expectations. We were tired from being on the road all day only to be welcomed by an irritated and extremely rude person. Really made us consider to just drive further. But I’ve already paid. There are cheap motels in the Philippines that had better receptionists.Go book a holiday inn express or anywhere else. Plus the smoke alarm beeped all night. we had to leave our TV on to drown the noise.Definitely on the top of my worst hotel stays, mainly because the rudeness of that receptionist set the tone of our stay.

Liked: location was good.
Disliked: Note your site rated it a 6.8, nice pictures, pool, fitness room, well above places like comfort inn, etc. This place was definitely below a comfort inn.1. The front clerk looked like not combed his hair in 3 days.2. dirty tub - I have pictures. I only hope that was shampoo dried on in the tub/shower. Towels were dirty.3. bed was not made during my entire 3 day stay4. pool was closed 'for maintenance.5 Breakfast was cereal, waffles and several day old muffins. On day 3 they had biscuits and gravy.6. place is fairly run down.
