Disappointing

Fine for a one night...

Liked: Beautiful property on the outside. Rooms have potential to be good, value for money rooms. Breakfast was nice (especially the hash browns).
Disliked: Pretty dirty and run down. Everywhere needed a good deep clean. The carpet in the room and bathroom floor were visibly dirty, very unpleasant. I wore my flip flops at all times! Pool facilities were also filthy, especially the changing rooms. Pool was quite nice but disappointed that the jacuzzi was closed.

Exceptional

Liked: This stay excelled our best wishes. Amazing staff everybody was just lovely, friendly whilst being professional. Pool fab. Not too busy which we’ve found in other hotels. Great for dog friendly. All day and the acres of area to walk with ours was fabulous. Local village made a nice visit. We will Definitely go back.
Disliked: Can’t say we disliked anything. We had a fabulous 3 days.

Awful wxperience

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and the gym was old for a hotel
Disliked: The service for dinner in the restaurant was shocking. A server took our order, she never wrote it down. We waited in excess of an hour for our drinks then after 90mins we were told our door order was lost. Poor organisation and leadership. We left the restuarsnt hungry and upset by the team leaders attitude
