Disliked: We got to the osterly hotel, to find it all locked up. We knocked and rang but no answer. I got a email saying our hotel had changed to a other hotel on the other side of the promenade. We booked the osterly because it was close to all the amenities we needed, as my wife has health conditions. So, In, short, this spoilt the Holiday, as she had to walk a lot more with her health conditions

Liked: Booked as a last min get away for 1 night showed up and the place was filthy . We was given the key to one room and the lights didnt work when went to reception was given another room at the far back of the hotel where as we walked in was greeted with awful smell the carpet looked dirty the curtains hanging off there was a white substance that can only be described as semen looking on the tv remote the bed sheets had female hair on then and few other stains was up all night could not settle had the cheek to take a £20 deposit for keys and the money was ripped on being returned to us wont be back
