Liked: Location at the heart of Arrowtown is awesome.The apartment is quite quiet and relaxing.
Disliked: Windows were not secure, the bathroom door had no lock and there wasn't a facility for washing up.

Disliked: Arrival was confusing. Had to wait at bar for room key. Staff seemed more interested in bar patrons than us. Quickly shown room, had to ask where can we park. Public carpark was close but we then had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Room key jammed, they were aware of this as I had to go back into bar, wait to be told how to strategically get key out. Room was tiny, claustrophobic, as only one sliding door onto walkway, no windows & very noisy. A motor noise was continuous all night. PowerPoint to plug in fan was located behind bed which meant bed had to be pulled away from wall to keep it plugged in.

excellent accommodation in the middle...

Liked: Easy to get around town, out the front door and you are in the thick off it. Out the back easy access to bike and walking paths. this place has it all.

Excellent location and good value...

Liked: Very central, good price, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, somewhere to sit.
Disliked: Shower could have been better and a few scuff marks on walls, but nothing major. Bit of noise on Friday evening but remarkably quiet considering it’s part of a popular pub.
