Liked: Great bar staff and food is fantastic. Perfect location in centre of Arrowtown and 15mins from Queenstown. Value for money
Disliked: Older room. Mattress slopes on each side. Rooms are not serviced.....we were not told of this. Shower water changes temperature several times.

Liked: Clean, tidy apartment style room .... must've been recently refurbished. Great location in the centre of Arrowtown and only 15 mins from Queenstown. Bar staff are really nice and the food is great.
Disliked: Shower sprays water everywhere cos curtain is far too short. Some sort of generator close to the room starts up at 11pm.....I told the staff about it the next day and it didn't do it that night.

Disliked: Washer dryer going until 2.30am, very noisy, interrupted our sleep. Broken window in bedroom, broken mirror. No toaster. Outside lights extremely bright. Not worth $420 Per night

Liked: The location and lovely comfy bed were features of our stay. Very handy to have the bar and meals service. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for booking acceptance.
Disliked: Windows made the most of the view, but also prevented privacy from restraunt below. Frosted film on lower half of windows maybe a solution.

Liked: The best location and venue, clean rooms, comfortable, in the hub, with a great venue attached serving beautiful food, especially the lamb roast.
