Liked: The location is everything, but the staff is what makes a great stay and I'm bad with names :(The lady who runs the front desk is as good as it's gets!I found that my last 2 stays were screwed up by using Booking.com, but because the hotel calls an confirms your stay information they straighten it out, with no hiccups!!!I should of looked at Booking.com's confirmation, but I didn't, thank God the Hotel confirmed my itinerary...
Disliked: If you've stayed at the other hotels in town they're all very old, and that's what gives the charm to them all, but New Orleans has charm and it's it up to date!

Liked: Convenient to downtown shopping.
Disliked: Wish the room was bigger. Saw other rooms that were larger & open. Wish we were offered an upgrade.

Liked: The property is centrally located right around all the shopping area and it has a great storefront check-in along with a nice bar in the lobby and a small bite area
Disliked: Because of the wood flooring, I would definitely have small bathrooms around the bed and near the bathroom area kept the very cold when he put socks on it was a slipping hazard, but it’s a vintage property and I’m sure they want to keep it in the aesthetics

Liked: The hotel was like stepping back in history! The person on the desk that night was very informative and courteous. I liked the ambiance of the hotel and our room reminded me of my Grandparents house.
Disliked: I didn't like the stairs!! I knew there was no elevator--but, I still didn't like the staris.

We enjoyed it but next...

Liked: The location was great. The room and hotel are beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Had I realized we were going to have to carry our own luggage up the stairs, I would have booked on the lowest floor with rooms. It was extremely loud with guests on the balcony partying and slamming the door right by the room to get out on the balcony. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate but the size of the bathroom was great.

Liked: It is located it the middle of the historic part of Eureka Springs and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars the are all within walking distance. The view from the balcony are also incredible as well, especially at sunrise.
Disliked: There is no elevator so you will definitely get yo ice step in. But you get to use a beautiful 19th century staircase. The parking is in the back and there additional steps to get to the front of the hotel from the parking area.
