Lack of sound insulation is...

Liked: Nice view, fairly spacious room.
Disliked: Noisy - could hear couple having an argument in the adjoining room, child running around in the room above. Also, no kettle in the room when we arrived. We were given one when requested, but had to ask every day for a top-up of teabags and milk cartons.
