Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Upon arriving at the Linden Hotel the reception was covered in MET police, granted this had nothing to do with the hotel but rather a guest. The reception staff were not in any hurry to check us in and move us out the way. We were allocated a basement bedroom. The window was covered with a roman type blind that was pulled all the way down. When fitted up to let some air in and light, the window surrou d was black with mould. The TV remote was pitted with dirt. My husband wanted to leave and book elsewhere.We approached reception to discuss our complaints, two members of the hotel staff were in the back office but had clear view of the reception area. They made us wait until they had finished their conversation before addressing our concerns.Sorry we will not be back.

Horrendous find another app or...

Liked: Nothing when we arrived we were told it had closed down and myself and my wife were left stranded.
Disliked: We didn’t end up staying and was let down both by the hotel and booking.com.

No longer taking bookings from...

Liked: Terrible - arrived to a confirmed booking to be told that there was no room for me due the fact they no longer accept bookings from booking.com. Neither the hotel or booking.com had informed me. I therefore had to seek alternative accommodation at a much higher price due to short notice.
