All in all we enjoyed...

Liked: Quiet and close to New Hope and Peddlers Village
Disliked: Furniture could use an upgrade, water didn't drain well in sinks, and cold air was entering room through closed windows and doors. Needs weather stippling. Facets spray all over the place when in use.

Liked: The location was convenient - it was less than 5 minutes from the wedding venue. The room was clean, the mattress was extremely comfortable and I didn’t run out of hot water even once! The employees did all they could to help resolve an issue that I had. Before checking out, I called the front desk to ask if I could stay an extra hour because I hadn’t heard from my ride and was concerned they be late. I was generously allowed to stay until my ride arrived.
Disliked: I was unable to get the closed captions to work on my television. However, when I called the front desk to ask whether I was trying to turn them on correctly, the person on the front desk went into a couple of unoccupied rooms to try and turn them on. Unfortunately, he discovered the TVs couldn’t be turned on on any of them. But he really went out of his way to try and help. In the middle of the night, the heating

Convinent for wedding in town,...

Liked: Friendly staff. Parking was great.
Disliked: General cleanliness of the room. Bugs in the bathroom light fixture. Staff cleaned light but they were back by morning.

Liked: I had complementary breakfast in the morning & bottle water at night. The staff was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. Also the facility was very clean.
Disliked: Honestly, I had a great stay and would not change a thing. Can't wait to go back and stay with some friends this time & get the full experience like the bar that stays open until 12midnight.

Liked: It was an extremely enjoyable stay. The staff at the desk and in the lounge were friendly and so helpful.
