Liked: As always, Ian and the Team at New Haven are always cheerful, helpful and provide an outstanding service. One of the rare places that offer daily servicing and fresh towels. The Unit was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Liked: The room was was well furnished and as we were there for nearly three weeks the staff were more than happy to wash and dry our used clothes whilst we were out and about for the day. Ian and his team could not have been more helpful.

Very comfortable and reasonable spot

Liked: Nice motel on the western edge of Auckland. Well equipped room. We had a very good stay - used the pool, barbecue and laundry. Staff were very helpful. We were travelling northwest, so good starting point to escape traffic in the morning when we left. If you have some extra time, the Waitakere Ranges park and a visit to Piha beach are well worth it! Very easy drive from the motel.
