Liked: The staff are absolutely superb - friendly, professional and always willing to do anything to help make your stay better. It was a genuine pleasure staying at New Hall Hotel. The hotel itself is lovely - both the amazing exterior, but also the room which was very comfortable and clean.

Liked: Beautiful, historic building. Very nice atmosphere.Beautiful park all around, great walks. magic atmosphere on the grounds of the hotel. Romantic park.Walks in the countryside near the hotel. Possibility of coming with a dog.Great, helpful staff and especially Kris, Apo and Libbee: you have made my stay a very pleasant one. Thank you! You are doing a great job. The hotel would not be the same without you. You make it special!
Disliked: Ideas of improvement for breakfast: there could be sourdough bread and salmon for breakfast.There could be a machine for guests to make themselves apple, carrot, kale juice.There could be sprouted seeds for breakfast.Prices of the restaurant a little bit too expensive.There could be the history of the building somewhere in the reception. No green apples but normal apples.
