What a lovely place!

Liked: We liked everything about this hotel. The building itself is stunning, but the staff really made it special. Every single person was welcoming, kind, and generous of themselves. We felt really valued.The food was delicious. It's not cheap but not extortionate either. The room was perfect with everything we needed. We had such a lovely time A big thank you to all the staff, you did a marvellous job.

Exceptional & Beautiful

Liked: This was such an enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptional, especially the manager(ess) whose name escapes me I'm afraid. I don't think she ever went home! Beautiful setting. I was staying during a competition I was competing in at Birmingham NEC and it was the perfect base camp. I will definitely be back next year.
Disliked: The restaurant was quite expensive.
