Bad

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very outdated, The corridors need a lot of updating. There was a smell of cigarette on my corridor, which not pleasant at all everytime I left the room. There sauna and steam room needs a revamp. The changing room and lockers was in a separate room which wasn't ideal. (Tell you shortly the reason). The shower facilities in the sauna area was very poor. But non of the less they had a shower to use. When I was getting a shower I left my phone next to my bag on the very outdated changing room bench. I went for a shower which was just around the bend, when I returned to my bag shortly after, my phone was underneath slightly hidden. I notice my red phone case, otherwise someone was going to take it away with them. I informed the staff, there response was you shouldn't of left your phone out (even though there isn't a locker in the changing room) so there security bu**sh** approach wasn't valid at all. Wasn't happy at all
