Liked: Staff were really friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: From the outside the hotel is looking tired, especially the entrance to Steve's - so we were a little put off - but the shabby exterior did not represent the friendly interior.

Liked: I had a small cosy room which was lovely, had everything you needed and was not as small as I imagined it was going to be.

Good location and ideal for...

Liked: great character features, staff were very helpful and friendly. They were happy for us to leave our luggage in their luggage hold whilst we attended the remembrance Sunday parade. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: WIFI kept cutting out even though you were still in the hotel. Fire doors in the corridors were very noisy and walls not sound proof- guests in 133 were very noisy, they decided to have a chat outside their room past midnight. Bathroom was dated, didn't think stepping over the bath tub to get in-no safety handles.
