Liked: Like the room and the swimming pool for the kids
Disliked: I didn't like the fact our air-conditioning wasn't working so room was very hot even with the window open and the restaurant down stairs was great food was very plain no flavours to it at all.

Liked: The bedroom was a very good size.
Disliked: It was very warm room had the fan on most of the evening bearing in mind it was February.

Would stay again for sure...

Liked: Best hotel we’ve stayed in so far in Plymouth. Bar,restaurant,gym,pool,sauna,steam room! Could have spent the whole weekend just in the hotel alone and chilled out.
Disliked: My bed was a little springy in the ribs area but my daughter’s bed was fine. And tho not a fault with the hotel had trouble with drunks making a bunch of noice banging and talking rather loudly between 1-4 in the morning so had a terrible nights sleep.

Disliked: Noisy from outside pub across road till 1am and very load couple next door arguing throughout night

Lovely stay and great location...

Liked: The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The pool, sauna and steam room was an added bonus. The location was great for The Hoe, Barbican and theatre.
Disliked: The back of the hotel looked a little tired.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and very clean.
Disliked: The staff were really friendly and kind but not really knowledgeable about certain things eg we asked if the beer was local and we were told it was but then further research showed it was Canadian !
