Liked: It’s staff ,very cooperative.excellent manager
Disliked: It didn’t have a restaurant.

Liked: Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff was very friendly. Could get to public transportation easily.
Disliked: The AC did not work or we did not manage it to work so the window had to be open time to time. Room cleaning was really early.

Liked: Staff were really nice although some spoke no English & it was hard to communicate any issues or requests!
Disliked: We ordered 2 x robes to our room on arrival, these came immediately, however ordered 1 x robe and hot water bottle twice the next day and both times nothing arrived

I highly recommend for stay

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms in a good place. The workers were really nice and helpful they provide us everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for stay. I was with my friend visiting event at Uber arena and it's not far away in a good price and very good condition.

Liked: I think administator can provide some drinks for us, while we waiting our apartments.
Disliked: I am waiting more than one hour for check-in from 16:00 to 17:30. Because apartment still not cleaned when I arrive. Its not normal :-(

Disliked: 1) We missed the splendid breakfasts you used to have. In the absence of the restaurant, we would like to see coffee/tea makers in the room, or else free coffee/tea in the lobby.2) The comforters are too warm. We would like to see a top sheet with a thin blanket available
