Liked: The location is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry stop
Disliked: The rooms look nothing like the photos. The room was very old and tired looking. There was no air conditioning and so it was quite warm.The beds were nice and clean, but the floor was not as clean. It seemed that mold was starting to grow on the bathroom ceiling. Hot water did not work at times.I was super disappointed with this place because I paid nearly $200 a night, which usually gets me a nice place in other cities like Melbourne or Perth. I don't visit Sydney very often, so this may be normal there, but I really felt taken advantage of. If there were real photos of the room, I would have not stayed here.There was no one to talk to at reception during my stay. Although I did spend most of the day out, so maybe this is why reception was not staffed.The location was excellent though, really close to the ferry stop, and just across the city, which was the reason I chose this place in the first place.

Disliked: Although I liked the big window I didn't so much like that you could see straight into the room from the street the shade cover doesn't provide privacy at all
