Great location for access to...

Liked: Excellent location with a beach, cafe and ferry nearby.
Disliked: No air conditioning, but then they probably didn't advertise the place had one.

Enjoyed.Caught ferries.Shortcut across Park up...

Disliked: no air conditioning but it was good value and clean...it was so hot in the State.

Convenient and Comfortable

Liked: Great location where there are not many alternative options with excellent ferry 250m down the hill and bus services. There are two small restaurants nearby and a coffee shop.
Disliked: Room felt a bit dated (front double room with private bathroom) and the door was not snug to the doorframe - so there was noise ingression. Bed was comfortable however the small bathroom configuration was tight to access the shower.

Liked: The room was very nice. Close to the kitchen.
Disliked: A bit stuffy.
