Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: We stayed in Neuadd Arms Hotel for only one night, but were made most welcome. The staff were excellent and attentive. Breakfast proved to be a good start to the day.
Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like. The fact that the furnishings etc. were a little worn only added to the charm of the place. For a longer stay, the lack of good phone signal or fast WiFi might be an issue for some, but there was sufficient connectivity for our needs.

Superb

Liked: The property does need a lick of paint, but that's about it! We had a wonderful welcome and really were made to feel at home. The food and drink were absolutely fab and as a cider drinker, I've never seen such an amazing selection! There is passion for local food, which we always love. The hotel is in a great location and it's easy to ride or walk from there. We'll be back!

A family run hotel who...

Liked: There was a very warm welcome as you arrived . Everything was clean and comfortable . The staff were so helpful and cheerful . We had an excellent meal in the restaurant , the food was very good and nothing was too much trouble for the waitress . We stayed in The Green Room which was quirky but fabulous . We will definitely be back .
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff wonderful and the food was great. They were great with my dog couldnt have been more helpful with my questions about the area. Will be staying again.
