Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was warm and comfortable. We had a lovely evening meal, and breakfast was good too. Very good value for money.

Liked: Beautiful building, lovely staff, good value for money
Disliked: Food wasn’t the best, dinner menu was lacking, it’s taken a step backwards. Big thanks to (not in any order) Tina, Jackie, Bruce, Kelly Marie , Natalie, Michelle, Michael, Gordy Ross, Anne Quinn, team nethy, sorry if I missed you out, I don’t know your name. Listen Nethy hotel, polish up your food and you already have a winner with your staff. Great folk

Liked: This is the most tired hotel I have ever stayed in The decor needed updating 10 + years ago & the bodge repairs have unfortunately ruined a building which once had incredible character. A shame to see such a beautiful building in such a state of disrepair Couldn't fault the staff, very polite & helpful

Liked: Real gem with fascinating history, of little beaten down. Room cosy and very warm (sometimes an issue in age of rising heating prices)
Disliked: FOr ordinary folk: a nice refurbishment would be needed. I like quirky places with a lot of history behind every corner
