Great location and apartment sizes...

Liked: The location of the Nesuto is excellent for walking to different areas of downtown Auckland. The size of the apartments is great for a group. Unfortunately the apartments are dated and general maintenance items are not getting done. Housekeeping is only done on the fourth day, which means the rubbish has mounted up, towels well overdue for a change, although we did insist on clean towels after the second night and they did give them to us.

Liked: The hotel is extremely well located. It’s clean and everything was so easy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The toilet clean, the linen spotless and good quality.

Disliked: It would be great if the bed were not so hard! The mattress didn't have any "give" to be comfortable.
