Deceptive in advertised facilities

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted fitness centre and it said there was one in the listing. There is NO fitness centre. I had set my alarm for 5am so I would have time to workout. I went to reception to ask where it was only to be told they don't have one anymore. I told the receptionist that it was listed as having on on Booking.com and showed him. He shrugged his shoulders indicating it was my tough luck.
