Great place to stay

Liked: Good breakfast. Nice dinner in the restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to Queens Wharf and get on the Disney Wonder. Late checkout was very handy.

Crap.customer service!

Disliked: Absolute poor customer service, lack of information, care, empathy after being harassed by a homeless drug addict almost right into the building had to bang on the glass door in a panic out of fear to let us in. Then gave blazay instructions where and how to find carpark. Didn't tell us it was quite a walk from actual accommodation and inform us whilst parked directly out from of reception that it would be a good idea to take luggage in first as we were exhausted and a very late check in from our road trip and had a 630am appt. Everytime we called for assistance he was aloof and abrupt and unhelpful which was frustrating and disappointing to say the least, especially for what we paid to lay our heads down and rest for what was supposed to be a few hours however the extra stress of just checking in properly made that extremely difficult. I would like to seek a partial refund for the extra distress we endured during our trip because of this. I hope infuture he shows some passion or care for the job and customers.Unfortunately due to this experience I won't recommend this establishment to any friends either.

Birthday Weekend gift.

Liked: Everything! The service was outstanding, the facilities were clean and Tidy and the room comfortable. Gave us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony on the quieter side of the Hotel. Did not disappoint! Have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
Disliked: Only 2 small suggestions. Shower floor should have a non slip service and maybe a rail in the shower for safety. The breakfast at Nook was a little disappointing. Not much variety and hot items were cold.
