Liked: Location and access to supermarket , chemist etc
Disliked: I find the staff each time I visit are a little in-experienced perhaps? They don’t seem to have a happy “demeanour” about them , a male in particular comes across quite rude no smile no manners does not say “enjoy your stay” or “how was your stay?”he looks grumpy and I found him rude and abrubt to the point I felt uncomfortable when checking in… would hope this isn’t the manager of the hotel…The rooms are nice , very comfortable although a few basic amenities like water in the fridge or small snacks , biscuits , chocolates etc would be nice .. I do find it strange that water isn’t even in the fridge..especially not having access to any food or restaurants in the hotel nor a bar at reception. The rooms I’ve stayed in are very hit and miss with cleanliness for example my recent stay the toilet still had poo remains in it I assume from a previous guest - don’t quite understand how this could be missed when staff have clearly been in to clean and folded the toilet paper but missed that? And I had some rubbish in my bins that was left also- little things like this can ruin a stay and I did notice quite a lot of dust and dirt around fridge that was very noticeable ..

Disliked: Car park access to bring luggage in and apartment wasn’t as clean as I would have expected
