Convenient and okay

Liked: The location was great, views where great all rooms have a balcony and it was beautiful, but there was a constant beeping noise in my room that drove me crazy, and the bed was 2x single beds made out to be a king side bed and it was a little uncomfortable, and the kitchen wasn’t full cleaned and there where stains on the carpets but that’s what you get in a used room.

Liked: Love the spacious rooms , balcony, and kitchen area so good with kids and they always do there best to give us a room with a bath :)
Disliked: Perhaps that there’s no option for food in the hotel or drinks.. or a pool etc

Liked: The location was great, parking easy and staff lovely.
Disliked: Our first room was not clean i.e. toilet marks on the seat and edge of bowl , dust and fluff on carpets and drink can ring pulls flew out of the sofa bed when we pulled it out. We were upgraded to another room, which was okay but I had to request a kitchen sink plug, tea towel and sponge and extra set of towels as they were not in the room to begin with.

good location for a city...

Liked: We loved being on floor 11, with great views over the road bridge and docks. Amazing views, especially by night. This studio suited our needs for a 3 night stay. Very clean and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. useful having a large supermarket on the ground floor. Plus many eateries and bars in the Mall complex. Being able to use the washer and dryer on the ground floor was great...... but it did take a long time!Most useful was the very close location of the tram stops. Tram 35 is the old style, circular route round the centre. other routes from the same stop.
Disliked: A second comfy chair would have been useful. Finding a clean dishwasher would have been appreciated..... someone came and sorted it promptly.I would have expected the mattress to be covered with protector, or at least a sheet. Was only the one we we lying on.

I loved staying here and...

Liked: Absolutely everything ! Stayed once now I’ll only stay here.
Disliked: Nothing at all no fault.

Enjoyable

Liked: Large room, large bed, balcony and great location to shops,coffee. transport and sights
Disliked: Probably just needed a couple more plates and wine glasses
