Pre-Christmas break in Santiago

Liked: We are arrived early but were given our room immediately which was great. It was warm.and cosy and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, recommending places to go . Really good breakfast. Complimentary coffee and pastries in reception. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Bad

Disliked: ( bed bugs bites alert) I was really disappointed with Nest Style Santiago hotel. I booked one single room for 2 nights 1 week ago, the room was damp, moldy and smelly, and the most terrible thing is there are so many bed bugs and I even spot a bed bug on my body when I was sleeping, but I didn't overthink. After getting home one week later, I found bed bugs bites all of my body,on my arm, leg, face and neck. Please don't book this hotel!!
