Liked: Amazing Location, fantastic staff Martin, Rita and the cleaners , room with all amenities, good breakfast , definitely the hotel I will stay when in Santiago .
Disliked: Nothing, everything was just perfect

Liked: The staff is fantastic Rita, Martin, the cleaning ladies, the lady at breakfast are doing an excellent work always friendly and with a smile ! . The location is also a must right in the middle of Santiago

Centrally located and great value...

Liked: The hotel.is located close to both the Praza de Galicia public parking lot and the bus stop for the airport.It is also close to the Cathedral with many good restaurants within walking distance.The bedding was very clean and the mattress extremely comfortable.It is very good value for money!
Disliked: If I have to be critical about anything I would say the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a lick of paint and some TLC but that really is a first world complaint.
