Lovely

Liked: Amazing staff, big rooms and great restaurant attached to hotel
Disliked: One elevator was not working so that only left one working elevator that was Definitely a drawback ...inconvenient

Would stay again once the...

Liked: Excellent location in Old Montreal.
Disliked: The shower was broken and weird. Lots of noise from construction in the hallway and tap water was turned off or came out as white/ undrinkable for a good part of our stay.

Liked: This is located in a very nice area and it was a joy to browse around. Everything in the hotel looked new and sparkling clean. The room was quite spacious and tastefully arranged.

Romantic and perfect location to...

Liked: Location, staff, service. Restaurants are excellent. The bar area in Miss C was amazing and beautiful.
Disliked: Undergoing construction and I want to see the finished product!

The Nelligan is wonderful.

Liked: The Nelligan continues to be my favourite hotel in Montreal. The location is perfect, the staff are so friendly and it feels like home.
Disliked: There’s a renovation happening, but it wasn’t very noticeable.
