Liked: The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. As an improvement, the pillows and bedsheets should be changed to better ones. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The good thing is that we went to the staff to ask for more pillows and they were extremely helpful and they provided more pillows.Also, another thing to take into consideration is that during winter it is kind of cold inside as the heating is made only using the AC. If you can’t sleep with the ac on, you’ll freeze. I think it is a good option during summer or if you don’t like a warm room. Overall, even if I said that, i still enjoyed my time here and it was a pleasure to stay in the city center.

Liked: Clean room, we stayed for 2 nights. The location is perfect. Not very spacious room but does the job. The staff was very helpful. Also there is a 24 hour reception which is a very good thing.

Liked: Staff is friendly and helpfulExcellent location- can access all of the major tourist attractions via walk - maximum of a 20-25 min walk to the El Retiro Park. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped.Everything within reach.
Disliked: All great, no breakfast available but many places close by for great breakfast options.
