Decent hotel for a short...

Liked: Great location, easy to find. Very close to Paddington Station.
Disliked: Bedding was dated and uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: Very clean, nice breakfast, kind staff, very close to train/underground station and center of London.
Disliked: Rooms are quite tidy.

Disliked: A kettle and microwave in the room would be handy. Free coffee at the bar is a plus though.

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located with very friendly staff.
Disliked: There are no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It is not convenient to go down to the reception to make a cup of hot drink in the morning.

Perfect location with good price

Liked: perfect location just 5 mins walk to Paddington station. Mcdonald and KFC and Supermarket nearby. Check out staff very helpful and Breakfast staff is very good and hard working.
Disliked: check in staff , noice from the street and broken hairdryer. I have reported the broken hairdryer to Front desk and get a new one. Also get a free breakfast due to the broken hairdryer.

Overall a good hotel but...

Liked: There was a good choice for a continental breakfast, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, pastries and cakes with plenty of freshly cooked toast.
Disliked: This was our 2nd visit and the one thing I had forgotten was the sheets on the beds are not big enough and did not tuck under the mattress, in fact only just reached the edge of the mattress.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable...

Liked: The staff were nice and helpful, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower nice and hot. Breakfast was very basic, toast cereal fruit yogurt and instant coffee/tea, but satisfactory. Location amazing, five minute walk to Paddington tube station which is a well connected station and quite central itself as well as being very easy to get to other central locations and to the airports that serve London. Hotel was also nice and warm but window was able to open to ventilate room which was nice as many hotels you can’t do this.
Disliked: Sheets and blankets used on the beds, personally prefer a duvet. Room was small enough, although since we got a reasonable price was not expecting a huge room and it was plenty big for the two of us. No tea or coffee in rooms, although it is available at reception all the time.
