Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for our dad 70th birthday and They offered us the breakfast for our 5 days stay for 8 persons. It was such a nice gesture. And the breakfast was excellent! Thank you!
Disliked: We got the room n7 which was really small for two persons, especially for 5 days stay. The others rooms were larger and nicer

Great location!

Liked: Clean hotel in very central location. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!
Disliked: Can be a bit noisy at night sometimes due to proximity to restaurants.

Location was great ! Only...

Liked: Location - ease of walking to all touristy areas. We didn’t take any subway - just walk around (25 min to Colliseum, etc)
Disliked: There was an incident where the private apartment owner was having her karaoke session at 10pm. The hotel reception was not helpful instead pretend nothing happened. It should have been handle more appropriately.

Disliked: The only thing missing in a room was some towel hooks and shelves
