Liked: Location is absolutely brilliant for walking everywhere. Really central location. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in the annex approx 100 metres from the main hotel. Really quaint. Our room was really quiet considering you are so close to cafes.

Opinion

Liked: Precious location and very comfortable room.
Disliked: Veri noisy.The maid start cleaning the rooms in 6 am also thin walls makes the sleep almost impossible.

Liked: The location is incredible . 1 min for Piazza Navona; no more than 20 mins to the Vatican or Spanish steps; Pantheon 5 min walk! Tons of amazing places to eat & drink outside the door! Great transport links on the doorstep. Cleanliness was superb! Staff also great!
Disliked: Not great if you are a light sleeper - as these was ALOT of noise from the bar/ restaurant underneath. Also ALOT of noise from next door rooms. Didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper it’s worth noting. There was no late check out which was disappointing. Was pretty expensive considering there wasn’t much in terms of facilities; £800 for 3 nights; but I guess you are paying for location! The taxi from the airport couldn’t find it … as it’s down an alley way … and dropped us on the main road and we had to find it ourselves
