Liked: Hotel is situated in the heart of Miami Beach so you can't get anything better. Swimming pool, direct access to the beach, valey parking, dinning - all delivered at the highest quality. Comfy beds and spacious room! I like the lobby bar and nice/modern style of decoration inside. IMHO posh ;)
Disliked: Bathroom is extremely small, no single shelf for a toiletry bag. No proper ventilation so steam covers the mirror and you need to be very careful once shaving :)Plus through out the whole stay we were given 3 towel in stead of 4 even I had been asking every single day.

Disliked: We had several problems:- only one elevator was working and the waiting time was long, with huge lines- a charge of $25.00 to use a hotel umbrella on the beach- terrible cleaning of the room - slippery floor, with a risk of falling- room service did not leave any towels in the bathroom one day and did not leave a bath mat the next day.-bicycles available in front of the hotel - the app did not work and therefore we were unable to use them.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay on...

Liked: Wonderful and relaxing stay at the Nautilus Sonesta. So close to the beach and to the marathon expo. I came to Miami to run the Life Time half marathon. Alexis Margulies was so welcoming and helpful. She even gave me a free drink ticket since I was running in the half marathon. She even left me the sweetest note and yummy fruit in my room after check-in. The food was also amazing. I ate dinner the last night and ordered a garden salad, Chilean seabass and the key lime pie. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I plan to come back in the future and hope to bring my pup with me.
