Liked: Location is fantastic. You can stroll everywhere! Staff are wonderful. Rooms were pretty good. Rooms equipped with all you need.

Great place will come back

Liked: Fantastic room, great sized apartment with a generous balcony and some good outdoor furniture. Really good holiday apartments with washing machine and dryer as well as everything that you need. They let us check in early after our flight arrived which was very nice of them, very friendly even this late in the season, which must be a stressful time. Everything was clean and tidy, would come back. Really good value for money - paid half of what Landmark cost and it was much more laid back.
Disliked: The only couple of things were that the bath was out of order and we had to use the shower, it was a bit unclear about how to borrow a DVD or where to borrow one from and could have done with some pool towels but to be fair to them we all know where pool towels end up so don't blame them for not having a stack of them.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy to book, good location
Disliked: Old, mould in shower, multiple broken fixtures, beds not very comfortable, expensive for the quality.

Liked: Great location and nice pool. Easy check in and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Apartments are very dated and could do with a rewamp. We had 2 apartments and the 2 bedroom was very dated and not well equiped.

Unit 18 Below Average standards

Liked: Great location, close to beach and restaurants
Disliked: Level 1, Room 18Very dated room, in below average condition is downgrading the Nautilis Resorts name. The staff were very understanding and moved us to another room the next day.

Disliked: We had two rooms. Poor fit out-one room was missing a coffee table, side tables and metal bench seats, which were dirty. Both rooms missing any form of knife to cut bread, cheese etc. One room had mould in the bathroom.
