Staff are above and beyond...

Liked: Right on the beach, art deco, great staff and close to everything.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit small and windows are dirty and don’t open.

Good enough and good value...

Liked: It was close to what we wanted and it was nice after the first impression Also very close to the beach. And their pool was very nice
Disliked: There was no view whatsoever. The window was positioned somehow between buildings

Liked: The pool and location was amazing.. the staff at the pool was amazing.
Disliked: I was upgraded to a suite, which could not have been nicer. But then air conditioning vent was leaking and they could not fix and had to change rooms. I paid for an ocean front view and they had no more left.. So now had a street view, which was noisy. Hotel manager should have compensated me and he should have come up with the idea. When I brought it up, I was compensated the resort fees.. I should have been given more.

The hotel was amazing, but...

Liked: The property was very chic, amazing design and decor.
Disliked: The valet outside would have preferred that our car was detailed before them taking it. I have two kids, so the backseat and passenger seat floor were messy, but in no way shape or form did they have to refuse to valet our car based on every day messes. With this, we had to park four blocks away in a public parking garage.

My "go-to" for SoBe trips!

Liked: Excellent location, gorgeous pool, fun bar, great beach service, comfy room, great food and awesome vibe. I love the historic Art Deco style and the staff is very helpful as well.
Disliked: Room was next to the elevator so a little noisy at times.
