Disliked: Elevator issue - too long of a wait since only one elevator working and no service elevator so everyone using one elevator for 11 floors. Bathrooms very old tub and congested for 4 star and value we paid.

Disliked: We booked room with ocean view, but not much of the ocean you can see from the 6th floor. First, our windows were looking at some dirty roof, with a glimpse of the ocean from the far. These kind of rooms should be listed as partial ocean view. In general, the rooms are over priced. The bathroom vanity not very useful, the closet with a broken drawer -

Disliked: Very outdated. Small, outdated rooms, no balcony, no option to open the windows. Construction site nearby is very noisy - would not recommend if you’re a light sleeper. Very small and slow elevator. One out of 2 elevators was broken so I waited over 30 mins to have my luggages brought up. Ling waiting times to go down for breakfast too. For the price they ask, this hotel is not worth it.
