Disliked: Our bed had us in the middle. We rolled into the middle. The staff was nice but the facility was a bit run down.

My go to hotel in...
Liked: The owner's manager'sAre really nice people. They have been very accommodating the facilities. Our clean well maintained.And it's a very safe place I drive for lyft, so my car is my business and I feel very safe parking, my car overnight. The location is perfect, as it is right near the freeway entrance. Also, conveniently located near several restaurants.The hotel has an icemaker which is extremely convenient as I carry a large stanley cup with water and I can always fill up my cup with ice which is a great convenience.It is by go to place whenever in santa cruz
Disliked: There's really nothing I can say that. I don't like about the hotel.Everything suits my needs

Great hotel for the weary...
Liked: I felt very safe there. The parking lot at night Is fully lighted, there are security cameras. The room has everything I needed. It has a desk to sit down and makes it possible To sit down and eat dinner or work. The ownersAre very pleasant,friendly and easy to deal with?The room was quiet. Once the door is closed, you hear nothing outside.
Disliked: I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

Liked: Close to freeway and gas stations and rextraunts.
Disliked: That it's possible to make a reservation with a visa but "only", have a American Express to purchase the room. I know for a fact, it did not state only American Express, it's illegal, to keep and hold a reservation for a room and then turn around and deny that exact one for the rest of the payment owed. Just another company trying to make a "point" , about something , they have know idea about, and if they just did there job , everything would be just fine, but being prejudice about a person's living situation or there means of transportation or color or creed , should not be a means to how they treat one customer to the next. They lost business now , plus word of mouth is 10 more future stays that would of stayed there, and now won't.
