Liked: Nice room, a little dated. Very clean and a great value, for a one night stay. Just what we were looking for.
Disliked: A little noisy when people were talking outside.

Disliked: odor on floor near head of the bed. stained sink & tub. floor covering torn under chair, no shampoo/lotion etc., just the basics.

Liked: Breakfast ok.
Disliked: I was double charged by National 9 inn. They know I was double booked by mistake, and I only want to book this hotel to stay one night in one room. My first booked priced is $70.11. the second also a mistake booked priced is $99.86. but they do not help me to cancel the double books, and after all they charged me on both, which I been double charged for stay one night on date 10/24/24, the money amount is $70.11 + $99.86, In Total of $169.97.I was asked one non-smoking room, but I got a room with very bad smoking smells. Also the show was broken so we cannot take a good shower (Pictures attached), my husband has COPD, a good non-smoking room is very important to him.This one night stay is nightmare with no shower no sleep and I will never go back to this hotel.

Disliked: Desk clerk thought he might have charged our card for someone else’s room. No one in our party showered, the faucet and knobs were corroded. The hot water knob was completely broken off. The ceiling of the bathroom had water stains from previous leaking. The AC unit worked but was extremely loud.

Disliked: Asked for fresh towels and never delivered. Customer service lacking...
