Overall it was an amazing...

Liked: The location is ideal—close to South Beach but away from the noise. The rooftop pool and staff were outstanding. I highly recommend Nassau to friends and would gladly book again on a return trip to Miami. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like familiar friends and family by the end of our stay. In particular, Mercedes, Eduardo, and Carlos were outstanding. The cleaning staff also went above and beyond every day, and we greatly appreciated everyone's exceptional help and dedication throughout our stay.
Disliked: There was confusion about the number of guests in our reservation. Booking.com and the hotel seemed to have miscommunicated, as the reservation was for 4 people: two double queen rooms (4 beds total) with 2 people per room. Upon arrival, the hotel initially planned to charge an additional $150 per room per night due to the discrepancy. Thankfully, the issue was resolved, and we were not charged. It seems the error may have been between Booking.com’s system and the hotel. I appreciate the hotel staff's understanding and their willingness to listen and fix the issue. However, I recommend Booking.com ensure this doesn’t happen to future guests.
