Great location; all staff members were friendly, particularly the valet and front desk.

Disliked: They assigned us a room on the third floor with the ventilation system outside the window - what a roar..

Liked: Location was great. Liked the walkability to restaurants.
Disliked: I paid for my stay through booking.com yet the hotel charged me as well. I have made several calls to no avail. The hotel will not reimburse, essentially they were paid twice for my stay. The bed was also not comfortable at all.

Terrible terrible terrible

Disliked: Management was not on property until 3pm. Woke up 3 days in a row to fire alarms that were “just a drill”. Was threatened to be kicked out of the property due to the front desk trying to run my credit card without authorization. Completely terrible stay will never book here again and considering cancelling all my stays moving forward with Marriott.

Very pleasant!

Liked: The day staff was always very knowledgable and friendly! The breakfast was good and the gym had the basic things we needed. Also, the housekeeping staff was careful with keeping the door shut while cleaning for our cat.
Disliked: The room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough - they didn't replace the hygiene kit and the bath accessories (shampoo, conditioner and soap).
