Terrible terrible terrible

Disliked: Management was not on property until 3pm. Woke up 3 days in a row to fire alarms that were “just a drill”. Was threatened to be kicked out of the property due to the front desk trying to run my credit card without authorization. Completely terrible stay will never book here again and considering cancelling all my stays moving forward with Marriott.

Liked: The day staff was always very knowledgable and friendly! The breakfast was good and the gym had the basic things we needed. Also, the housekeeping staff was careful with keeping the door shut while cleaning for our cat.
Disliked: The room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough - they didn't replace the hygiene kit and the bath accessories (shampoo, conditioner and soap).

Food poising and hospital visit

Liked: When we arrived on property went to breakfast I received food poisoning from that breakfast I had to go to the hospital there in Nashville
Disliked: After I got sick I could leave the bath room
