Amazing staff!! Lobby- CK in,...

Liked: Pool and beach were nice. Area was beautiful. Shuttle to beach was nice. STAFF WAS AMAZING!
Disliked: Pool bathroom was dirty. BUT THE PLACE WAS VERY CROWDED AND THEY POSSIBLY JUST HAD NOT HAD TIME YO CLEAN IT!

Great resort but should be...

Liked: Nice, helpful staff.
Disliked: The room we booked was coastal view, but we were overlooking a roof and had to really stretch out to see the coast and the gulf.

Liked: The pool area was very nice with food service. Bell hop was very nice.
Disliked: Room amenities were nominal for the price of hotel. No shower cap. Watered down shampoo/soap dispensers. Had to request wash cloths, towels. Room service was very late each day conflicting with our needing to shower and dress for dinner reservations. Yet, when we asked for a possible late check out we were told it would be at $50/hour. We never had the room cleaned before 4 pm!!Initial front desk check after arriving from airport at 3:30 was rude. Our room was not ready and we had to wait for 30 minutes to ask to have our suitcases held at the front desk while we grabbed a drink at the resort.
