Liked: We liked the pool area and the nice garden. The room and beds was ok.
Disliked: The road outside was very noisy and busy. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and you could hear everything from the neighboring room and the room above, as the sound traveled through the ventilation ducts. What disappointed us the most was the fact that the hotel was virtually empty, yet we were not allowed to use the room for an additional 1–2 hours so that our one-year-old son could nap after lunch before we continued our journey. The hotel wanted an extra $40 for these hours, which we thought was unreasonably expensive, especially since we had stayed there for 7 days. I would have understood if the hotel was fully booked and new guests were waiting, but that was not the case. This led to a difficult journey with a very tired child, which felt unnecessary.We also missed that the room we booked did not have a kitchen, which was our own mistake, but when we inquired about rooms with kitchens, we were told that none were available. However, we later discovered that there were indeed rooms (suites) with kitchens. It was disappointing that we were not given this information.You need a car to stay in this hotel becase everything is far away.
