Very good

Liked: Location was super good, easy to find and not far from the subway station to arrive from JFK airport.
Disliked: Room was quite hot at night and stairs to bed were a bit difficult to climb and not really sturdy. Toilet/shower and room wasn’t so clean.

A good place to spend...

Liked: A good place to stay, the room was so clean, the staff was so professional and kind, this was my fourth time, every time I get to new York I spend the night here
Disliked: Sometimes people snore so I can't sleep, I've got only this problem, except this everything was great

Great for short stays

Liked: The pods are comfortable, private and very accessible and the staff are all great- I felt super welcomed from the moment I arrived.
