Comfortable room overlooking the sea

Liked: The rooms and property have been updated since I visited a few years ago. Very comfortable and clean great location across from the beach lots of places to walk to in a great little coastal town.
Disliked: Parking limited but still ok

Liked: Well it was really relaxing. I loved the location of my balcony room facing the beach. The balcony was an excellent plus. The room was very clean. The staff were really helpful, too. The sheets were really comfortable. I loved the gas fireplace! Parking was pretty good.
Disliked: The pillows were too bouncy Firm. My AC wasn't working, but I didn't report it till the last day, so my bad. I wished there was some sort of literature in the room, detailing where facilities and pool were, and mentioning the roof deck. I also wished the pool was available to use after checkout. I missed having busboys for help with the luggage, but I imagine staffing is hard to fill in these crazy times.

Exceptional

Liked: It's a perfect little weekend getaway. It is only 45 minutes from downtown Boston and an hour to Cape Cod. We spent a day having a beach and pool day and it was perfect for our family. Only a few restaurants nearby but the food we had was excellent. I would ask for an ocean-facing balcony next time we stay it is worth a little extra money! Highly recommend it!

Liked: The room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was fantastic.
Disliked: Bathroom smelled a little of old urine and the shower floor could have been cleaner. The heads of the shower could use a good wipe down...pink mold.That being said, it wasn't anything we couldn't fix ourselves. Not a deal breaker.
