We wanted to experiment with...

Liked: Great location with a lot of places to go and see. We headed to so many places and enjoyed every moment we had in the area. We are looking forward to heading back to the area in the future!
Disliked: The traffic is unreal, everything takes forever to get to when leaving the area, and the ferry transportation was already suspended for the off-season. Not really related to the hotel itself, but good to know for those that plan to venture out.

Great location with great potential...

Liked: Good location. We visited Salem, Boston, Plymouth, and the Cape. It was a good central location.
Disliked: Not maintained very well. The first room we were put in had a broken door jam, musty smell, stopped up sink, and broken fireplace vent. Very surprised they would even put us in a room that poor. The second room was better but the shower was completely stopped up.

Disliked: I am very disappointed, extremely disappointed. The room had a strong musty smell, making it impossible to sleep, and we even found bed bugs, which is unacceptable. It’s a complete scam, really, stay away from this place. Additionally, there is an issue with the room doors; they are very fragile. At night, if someone closes their door, you hear a loud noise that even makes your room shake. I had a very unpleasant stay. Really, stay away from this place, it’s a complete scam.

Liked: The rooms and property have been updated since I visited a few years ago. Very comfortable and clean great location across from the beach lots of places to walk to in a great little coastal town.

Liked: Well it was really relaxing. I loved the location of my balcony room facing the beach. The balcony was an excellent plus. The room was very clean. The staff were really helpful, too. The sheets were really comfortable. I loved the gas fireplace! Parking was pretty good.
Disliked: The pillows were too bouncy Firm. My AC wasn't working, but I didn't report it till the last day, so my bad. I wished there was some sort of literature in the room, detailing where facilities and pool were, and mentioning the roof deck. I also wished the pool was available to use after checkout. I missed having busboys for help with the luggage, but I imagine staffing is hard to fill in these crazy times.
