Great location and helpful staff

Liked: Location in the middle of Roma Norte was super convenient, with lots of shops and food options nearby. Staff were very generous and helpful (including handing out little treats upon checking in and checking out). We appreciated the communal spaces available in the hotel (including the sweets and mezcal bar which was available for free), and the roof terrace was stunning. We did have an issue with water pressure in our room, but the staff were very proactive about fixing this and even offered us to switch rooms.
Disliked: Very minor point, but sometimes you could hear the front door bell and other doors slamming at night.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The common area was nice.
Disliked: I was staying near the reception, and it was noisy especially when people rang to come in

Liked: Charming property located close to good bars and restaurants which were perfectly suited for a solo female traveller.

Liked: This place was amazing - everyone was so kind and friendly and they went out of their way to welcome you (free gift, water/Gatorade/coffee/tea/etc.) beautiful rooftop and great location. highly reco. there is no elevator but they are so helpful with bags! just good to know if you aren't able to walk steps.

Liked: The intention and thoughtfulness behind everything in the hotel was beyond my expectations! I loved my stay here. Everyone was so friendly and I felt welcomed and very at home.

A wonderful week, highly recommend

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted us with handmade soaps and even a Christmas gift. Our room was so spacious and had everything we needed, including a sound machine to drown out some of the city noise (though the hotel is on a pretty quiet block). The location is perfect, walkable to everywhere in the Roma neighborhood and close to cafes, restaurants, bars, and only a 20-minute drive from the airport. Will be recommending the hotel to others for their stay in CDMX!
Disliked: I wish there would have been more breakfast options, and there was no heat in the rooms. Most times it would be fine but it did get a little chilly overnight in late December.
