Beautiful hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel. From the friendly staff, the beautiful room and all the little thoughtful extras (a sweet bar, a mezcal bar, white noise machine in the room, the Oaxacan coffee and soap…), it was our favourite place we stayed during our three month trip around Mexico.

Liked: The staff were the best! One helped us find a missing item we had lost on our Uber, spending hours helping us with our problem. They also had free amenities, including a patio, candy, and alcoholic drinks for free. Would recommend, though there is no desk in the room.

Location, comfort and good value...

Liked: This hotel is a clear ten out of ten. Welcoming team on the front desk (including giving us cute gifts). Large very comfortable room and coffee, drinking water and soft drinks available 24/7. The location in Roma is super central with lots of great restaurants and good coffee shops nearby. We used uber to get around Mexico City but NaNa Vida organised a car for us to get to the airport for a morning flight.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Friendly staff! Welcomed us every time we left or came back to our room. Very attentive. Loved the availability of drinks and lounge areas. The art work was amazing.
Disliked: We had big suitcases and not having an elevator was tough.
