The best location and great...

Liked: The staff were pretty nice and give great advices, I think the name of one of the receptionist was Maria and she help me to change to another room after I commented that for a construction that they have in the building my room was noisy. At the end she gave me another room and definitely that was perfect for the 3 days that I stayed there.
Disliked: The building is having some construction atm so some rooms don’t have the best view or even could be noisy depending on the floor that they assigned.

Liked: Location. Family member critically ill in Alfred Hospital, 2 week stay swapping family members. Hotel and staff could not have been more helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our needs

Liked: Beautiful comfortable and clean room. Staff very attentive and helpful, assisted immediately when asked to change a room. Perfect location directly across the road from US consulate if attending for appointments there. 1 minute walk to tram both ways. Cafes everywhere. Great food at hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains that kept us asleep til 10am !!! We would stay again in a flash
