Comfy but noisy.

Liked: We got a good rate for our last stay. Unfortunately, I think the rate was reduced because there is huge construction works happening to the rear of this Hotel. It would have been good to know about construction works prior to our stay or to have given us a room to the front of the building.
Disliked: Our room was at the rear of the third floor right next to and overlooking the huge construction works happening at the moment. It looks like 2 new huge skyscrapers are going up so will continue for some time. We had a late night & due to noise, an early morning, not the best scenario when paying for accomodation.

Clean rooms at great price....

Liked: Clean, close enough to the city . Close to Alfred Hospital and Paula Fox Oncology Hospital.
Disliked: Price, service, location

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! The rooms were very comfy and had everything we needed
Disliked: We had noisy guests next door. We didn’t complain as they were enjoying their stay - just maybe the rooms are not as sound proof as they could be

Disliked: Couldn't sleep, some terrible noise in the hallway through day and night at random time, somewhere in ceiling close to room 410.
