Fabulous hotel 25 minutes taxi...
Liked: Modern, stylish hotel with excellent and attentive staff. The suite was spacious and clean and the bed super comfortable. The views from our room on the 21st floor was exceptional.
Disliked: A few more vegetarian options on the room service menu

Liked: The view, the location, the staff and the river lounge restaurant and its menu.
Disliked: Room facilities need a little upgrade on the toilet and shower

Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful room, decently clean, wonderful views. Slippers, nice towels, comfortable bed and a lovely swing by the window. Great teas and drinks, big terrace, fantastic location with a local bus round the corner taking you to the city center. Wonderful for walking and a quiet stay away from tourists. Lovely staff, way better than years ago. The hotel has improved in my opinion, though the prices also increased significantly.Restaurants don't have the greatest choice, but there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel and of course in the center.Reasonably short walk to the metro Oriente, about 10-15 min, where you have many buses taking you straight to Rossio and Cais do Sodre.
Disliked: The spa is a disappointment, the treatments not the best, products used contain mineral oils, massage left me bruised. Bathrobes should be bigger, they are barely big enough for an average sized person.Breakfast was disappointing, had to buy my own because I didn't want to ask every day to have oat milk brought to my table. So many cheese choices, but no goat or sheep, at least not clearly indicated, which is weird seeing how many people can't or shouldn't eat cow's milk products.

Disappointment is underrating.
Disliked: Having recently returned from visits to four countries with incredible hospitality experiences, I must share my deeply disappointing second stay at the Myriad by SANA in Lisbon.First Stay:During my first stay less than a year ago, I paid for two rooms while traveling with family. Although I spent minimal time at the hotel, I noticed the breakfast service was slow, with the exception of Ms. Sofia, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out.Second Stay:This time, my wife and I arrived from Dubai late at night, only to encounter appalling issues. Upon entering the room, my wife was horrified to find hair and a brown stain in the bathroom. We immediately contacted reception, and while the housekeeping staff swiftly addressed the issue, even the housekeeper was visibly shocked.The following day, we were moved to another room, supposedly inspected by the housekeeping manager to meet their "standards." However, as my wife opened the bed, we found another unacceptable stain on the pillow easily identified. I immediately called the front office manager, who was professional and apologetic but visibly speechless.I was ready to leave and change hotels. After much discussion, we decided to stay on the condition that the bedding was changed immediately.Breakfast Experience:Every morning, the front office manager would personally apologize, but my request to meet the General Manager went unanswered. Excuses for their absence were provided daily, which was unacceptable.To the General Manager:Instead of prioritizing your morning runs, focus on the upkeep of your property and staff training. Guests deserve better from a hotel of this stature.Positives:A special thanks to Mr. André Monteiro from the front office, who went above and beyond to make amends.The spa massage and extra night offered were appreciated.Negatives:The property is in dire need of maintenance, with rust visible on the building structure through the glass elevators.
