Liked: Great location yet quiet. Beds were comfortable linens were clean and pillows were new. Very generous coffee supplies with bottled water in the fridge upon arrival. Nice touch on the complimentary welcome drinks. Spa was a bonus

Liked: location in the city centre, clean, big comfy bed, smart technology (app to enter the room, no access card/ key), spa, water kettle and cafe in room, large size room, reception 24/7

Exceptional

Liked: The entire staff were exceptional, especially Iulia in the restaurant and Gaby and Patri at reception. They were all so helpful, kind, cheerful, and had a sense of humor. The amenities were excellent, especially all the things within the room. The personal touches were so nice, chocolates and a welcome note on the bed, two free drinks, fancy teas and coffees. The breakfasts were excellent and the warm benches in the pool area were a treat.
Disliked: The room temperature control device would not stay at the setting we selected.

Liked: This is our 4th time in this hotel and we have always been perfectly satisfied.The location is perfect, close to so many things worth seeing . The area is full of nice restaurants and squares full of life. However the rooms are very quiet.We love the clean spacious suites, comfortable beds, the spa and above all the friendly service we met from Gaby in the reception.

Liked: Great location, couldnt be any more central, comfortable, very clean room and fantastic breakfast.
Disliked: Temperature controls do not work, blasting HOT air into room all night. The only way to cool the room was to open the balcony doors (not ideal with a young child in the room). Staff very friendly and sent a 'sorry note' but for the price it shouldn't be needed. Took the shine off an otherwise great hotel.
