Pleasant Stay
Liked: Excellent central location, lovely restaurants nearby including Husinec - where they serve best pork knuckle in Prague. The hotel itself had comfortable beds and soundproof windows and walls. We had good nights sleep. Shower was excellent also. Staff at the reception and restaurant was welcoming.
Disliked: Average breakfast. Safe box did not work, we asked to check why but no one came. We booked 2 rooms, TV was not working in one room. We had 1 mug in double room and asked for another mug which was not provided.

They need a fresh breakfast....
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The smell of sewage made me really sick. The breakfast was so bad. Even the bread was hard and old. Day 2 I skipped breakfast as I couldn’t eat anything.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location
Liked: Room was fabulous with a huge bathroom. Staff were lovely and the hotel immaculate.

Our stay was enjoyable overall,...
Liked: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was amazing—metro and New Square were right at our doorstep, and we could easily reach other areas on foot or directly by metro. The staff was very sweet and helpful.The rooms were comfortable, but as a couple, we didn’t really like the pillows; they were too soft for our preference. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast, but it’s probably a typical European breakfast.All in all, it’s a great place to stay in terms of location and service, and we would definitely recommend it!
Disliked: While our stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of things we didn’t like. The pillows were too soft for our preference, which made sleeping uncomfortable. As a couple, we would have preferred firmer pillows.Additionally, we left early and couldn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on its quality. However, we assume it was a typical European breakfast.These were the main drawbacks for us, but overall, our experience was still positive.
