Liked: Its proximity to Cow Palace and the shockingly excellent water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: Everything about this hotel is sketchy and unquestionably neglected. Upon arrival, I was forced to move my vehicle from an open parking spot in the parking lot because the receptionist explained someone else had reserved it. When I asked if both spots were taken (because there were two spaces still available) the receptionist explained, visibly annoyed, that yes they were both reserved. I then asked how the spots were reserved if they are first come first serve? She then said as if it were obvious that because other guests paid for the parking even though they had still not arrived to check into their rooms they were free to come and go even though at no point in the reservation process did I see an option to pay to reserve a parking spot SPECIFICALLY because the hotel policy says parking is first come first serve! After reparking on the street and hoping my car wasn't broken into a block away, I noticed that one parking spot remained empty all night and was still empty the following morning.It then took two employees to find my reservation and I was asked TWICE if I booked the room using the name on my driver's license. Confused, I explained that, yes, I booked using the only name I have which is the same name on my Driver's License. After handing my phone over to the receptionist when she didn't seem to understand that maybe she should look for my reservation using my Booking.com confirmation code, it was still another 10 mins before we were finally issued our one room key. I did technically see two different hotel rooms out of the three rooms our group booked and the second room I saw was more updated (but I would NOT say renovated). The room we were assigned (118) MUST have been the emergency vacancy room because there is no way that room should be rented out to anyone in the condition it has likely remained in for years. Any photographs of this property online are misleading. Multiple pieces of furniture are worn in an unsightly, unsanitary(?

Disliked: Queen bed is actually a full bed.Very small room, cannot pass between the bed and the wall.Sheets turned gray already. Parking cost $10/car; information not in the website.
