Great reasonably priced and well-located...

Liked: It was very well located with a modern design throughout.
Disliked: The parking was very expensive.

Unfortunately not impressed and wouldn’t...

Liked: Hotel located in a great location
Disliked: Access system to get into lift and room , Rooms were in need of TLCSee through toilet door and shower door straight into room so no privacy, plugs weren’t working, and blinds didn’t cover windows so was like sleeping with lights on all night as the lights outside were so bright.

Liked: Location was great. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The room was clean but didn’t have a window which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. There was no mirror at the dressing table. Also the room was a bit tired looking.

Colourful, quirky stay!

Liked: Loved the quirky, colourful decor. Everything made it a really special place to stay. Located centrally too.
Disliked: Nothing, all perfect.

Tired & lacking, wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Staff were helpful & friendly, excellent location in central Brighton. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I used to stay in the hotel a lot 10+ years ago & sadly the bedroom decor doesn’t look like it’s been refreshed at all, so my room looked pretty tired and desperately in need of a refurb (marks all over the hard flooring, frayed carpet, marks on the table/bedside etc). The standard of cleaning was also not great with stains in the toilet bowl when I arrived and the water tank in the coffee machine had black mould in, meaning it was unusable. I expected a lot more at this price and wished I’d picked the alternative I was considering for a similar price.
