Warm welcome and amazing breakfast
Liked: Nice…would definitely stay again if in Brighton. Large, warm room. Amazing breakfast and lovely team at the hotel.
Disliked: Would have like a proper door on the toilet….. glass is a bit too modern for us …lol

Liked: The staff always go above and beyond, I’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now and yearly come 4/5 times throughout the year. This time they gave me a complimentary upgrade which was so lovely. The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any complaints. The hotel is very central in Brighton lanes surrounded by unique shops, restaurants and bars. But also quite secluded, so you don’t get the usual city noises. The hotel is always so reasonable.
Disliked: As mentioned I’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now. We encountered a gentlemen joining us in the lift, who I believe worked there as the house keeping ladies greeted him. I have to say I have never had a bad experience with the staff, but the way this man talked to these ladies and demanded them around made me so angry! He was so bothered about how quickly they got out the lift for us, he should care more about his attitude towards his staff and how he talks to them, especially in front of guests. There is absolutely no hurry for them to get out the way for us, they’re doing their job! Whoever this man was, really needs to relook look at his priorities running a hotel/team. I dread to think how he speaks to them when guests aren’t around…
