Liked: Nice location in a nice, walkable neighborhood. The M2 tram stop is just half a block away, providing easy public transit access to other parts of the city (usually via the Alexanderplatz station). Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are a little worn, but comfortable.

Classic Hotel

Liked: Great location in a classic hotel with tall ceilings, nice architectural detail and furnishings from another era. Breakfast included was excellent and the small bar provides a relaxing space for the pre-dinner cocktail.

Too loud for a good...

Liked: Super convenient to public transportation and a really nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Beautiful building and very clean. The staff was great. BUT I could NOT sleep. The light rail/tram noise kept me up a and the bed and pillows were terrible. If you can sleep through anything, stay here. If you need quiet and a nice pillow, don’t.
