A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional...

Liked: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The customer service was exceptional—everyone was so kind and attentive. They even surprised us with a lovely gesture for my husband's birthday, which made us so happy!The location couldn’t have been better; we were in the heart of Lisbon and walked everywhere with ease. Despite being so central, the hotel was incredibly quiet—we didn’t hear a thing.Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The room was on the smaller size.

Nice hotel in great location

Liked: Nice hotel in great location, room was modern and had good quality towels and bedding. All staff were welcoming and helpful we would use again.
Disliked: Breakfast had a good selection apart from hot section that was only just warm, some of the seats needed cleaning as did parts of breakfast room floor. I would have scored it a 10 otherwise.
