Nice for a short stay...

Liked: Excellent location . Very central and convenient to metro to / from airport . easy to get to all the sights and lots of restaurants shops etc nearby .Room quiet despite being in centre.
Disliked: Breakfast had a good selection of food however hot food was cold on both occasions we ate there. Room small but very clean and well equipped . Liked the Ritual toiletries in room .

Liked: Perfect location, hotel and rooma fell like brand new, clean, good breakfest and friendly stuff.
Disliked: The smallest room I have ever stayed. It didnt look like the photos of room I booked.

Liked: Definitely feels like 4 start facility, not 3 star as rated. Small but comfortable room with coffee maker, safe, lovely bathroom, bathrobes and slippers. Brilliant location, smack in the center. Very close to Metro station, excursion meeting points, shopping, tram and bus stops. Absolutely nothing bad to say

Liked: Top Location easy access to key areas and transportation. Room decor, bed and Breakfast are also good
Disliked: Rooms are really tiny. Limited control over the AC as it is mostly centralised.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon

Liked: Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean
Disliked: Room was fairly small but we were out all day so we didn’t spend too much time in it

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel. Good location.
Disliked: One large bed would be more comfortable than two small ones. Check-in/check-out times not great. Restaurant voucher has a lot of conditions in fine print.

Great location

Liked: The facilities in the room were ok.The breakfast was good.It was nice to have a balcony on the fourth floor.
Disliked: There was a bad drainage smell from the toilet/shower room. It was masked when I arrived by air freshener but the next day it was quite strong.The air conditioning was extremely noisy and probably needs servicing. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep when it was on which is not great.The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not working properly as everything tasted of coffee mixed with chocolate.
