Liked: Staff are incredible, couldn't do enough for us and we felt very well looked after. The room was fabulous and I couldn't believe how quiet it was at night for such a central location. This will be the first place we check next time we stay in Lisbon.

Good location but room is...

Liked: Good location, small room, not enough desk/table space, coffee condiments on closet floor, tiny/no reception area as its part of the restaurant.

Top staff & location

Liked: staff were very helpful and super friendly. they really stepped up when our departure flight was delayed. location is fabulous, could walk to great brunch places and shops.

As a 4 star hotel...

Liked: Location ideal. Some of the food was good, some not so good. It seemed to vary quite a bit.
Disliked: A handful of staff were very good and helpful. Others didn't even smile when spoken to and didn't go out of their way to be helpful. In particular the girl in charge of seating looked uphappy all the time and not helpful. Certain breakfast items always seemed to run out with no one topping it up.
