Can’t say enough about staff!!!!...

Liked: Staff excellent! Cleanliness excellent! Main concern no hooks in bathroom to hang cloths etc when showering. Simple over the door hangers would be good.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and the location was great. Super close to the tube which made it very convenient. The hotel was very cozy and the breakfast was awesome.

Liked: Location is perfect, one minute walk from Tube Station. Staff were very friendly and room clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower in room 502 was terrible.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The bedroom was miserable. There are bars in front of the windows ? The sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty in the corners and the wallpaper was coming off. The bathroom was the worst, The bath was dirty, the shower curtain had brown stains, the water was leaking, the toilet was the same and made a noise like it was going to explode, and the walls were a disaster. And for the breakfast, they have the minimum choices, and it was not good.
