Convenient location, great value

Liked: Convenient location, sits on the Yakima river and is close to downtown and the freeway. The room was very spacious. Had a small kitchen with lots of counter space, small stove, microwave, and regular size refrigerator. They don’t provide any dishes you have to ask for them at the desk. They allow pets and have a great fenced in common area in the back of the hotel.
Disliked: There are many long-term guest at this hotel, and there are not enough trash cans or dumpsters so when I arrived in the evening and went outside with my dogs. All the trash cans in the back by the door or overflowing with garbage and boxes and bags sitting next to the trashcan, which is problematic because my dogs wanted to get into the trash. There were no Pet waste bags I bring my own however I noted when I was in the area with my dogs that the pet owners simply did not pick up their dogs feces. The hotel has smokers which they smoke in the front of the building and in the back by the door, then need a designated smoking area for folks to smoke and dispose of their cigarettes.When I got up in the morning to take my dogs out at 5 AM, I noted that all the trash had been picked up in the back area. I still think that could be remediated by simply putting a dumpster out there for the guest to put their garbage and boxes in.

Liked: Highly recommend for the price you pay! Bring a small cooking set and you're golden!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike
