Disliked: Not as clean as it should be. When we walked into the room, there was a paint brush on the bathroom counter, and a vent screen in the sink. We figured we’d let that slide. But later, when we drew back the covers on the bed, there were crumbs, and dirt in the bed. At that point we asked to be moved to a different room. The staff member was quick to do so, and very professional.
