Liked: Location perfect, amenities great.
Disliked: The doors on the sides of the building slam very hard creating a lot of noise. They should be soft close doors since they are used a lot by smokers to go outside.

Liked: Location to Canterbury
Disliked: My keys didn’t work after going up to the fourth floor with luggage. Came back down and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Called on the lounge phone but that didn’t bring anyone around either. When she came back in she personally went upstairs with me (and the fixed keys) and made sure I got into the room.
