Liked: Price, room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the front desk attendant to arrive to check me in and give a current resident a battery to replace the one in the smoke detector in their room so it would stop beeping. The Room faced highway and traffic woke me up several times. The front desk attendant was never there. They stated they were required to do a lot and took them away from the front desk. They are correct, the front desk attendant should always be at the front desk for customer service, wow, what a novel idea! The breaker blew twice in my room when I plugged my phone in and had the lamp on, so it was a give and take, phone charging or lights.... garbage disposal was frozen up, and water would back up. The option to connect to the wifi in the TV was disabled so I couldn't stream providers, only cable. It's not a big deal to me, but I'm sure certain people would have a meltdown. Also, the sheets were VERY staticky, cool light shows while my phone was plugged in but very annoying, just a little more fabric softener, please. Overall, I would stay there again. Problems I noted are minor issues and just annoying. BUT..... if the owner(s) would swap caring more about client satisfaction and less about lining their pockets, then there would be a good possibility this hotel would eventually have both.
